Studying abroad is very popular and there are a limited number of spaces available. If you would like to guarantee your spot to the program country of your dreams, apply as soon as possible.

Apply for a scholarship from STS!

STS will grant a scholarship of up to $3,500.00 to all successful applicants who:

• are between 14 and 18 years old;

• demonstrate strong academic achievement;

• are open, friendly, highly motivated and achievement orientated;

• have the ability to be an outstanding ambassador for Canada and STS;  

• demonstrate evidence of school and community involvement and/or other achievements;

• are registered at a Canadian high school the full year before departure;

• accept to host a student or secure a host family.

In addition to the normal application procedure, scholarship applicants will be asked to:

• Write an essay about themselves and the reason why they should be considered;

• Compile a creative portfolio showcasing awards, achievements, etc…;

• Supply STS with a letter of endorsement from their high school Principal;

• Participate in a personal interview.
